Designing spring load system for mechatronic actuator

Mechatronic actuators are frequently used in applications like aerospace, automotive, communications, biomedicine, robotics etc. Researchers are making tests and characterization studies on their systems in order to design suitable mechatronic actuators. The production of a test system takes a long time and the costs can be too much. In addition, it is hard to compensate a mistake caught during the performance tests. In this study, design and verification studies made for a load test system with a spring, which is used in the design and development period of a mechatronic system, are described. As a result of this study, a low cost and high efficiency loading system which will be used during the tests of a mechatronic system is obtained.
