Goodness of fit criteria for checking adequacy of parametric models for reliability and survivalability

Investigation of statistics distributions for nonparametric goodness of fit criteria (Kolmogorov, Kramer-Mizes-Smirnov, Anderson-Darling) is considered for checking adequacy of parametric models for reliability and survivalability over censored samplings. Algorithms are developed for checking simple and complex goodness of fit hypotheses.
