Broadband small-size LTCC directional couplers

In this paper we propose a quadrature directional coupler and rat-race rings with broadband operation and miniaturized sizes. The devices have been designed and manufactured based on quasi-lumped elements using a Low Temperature Cofired Ceramics (LTCC) technology.
