A Survey of Utility Experience with Power Plant Response During Partial Load Rejection and System Disturbances

This paper presents the results of a survey of experiences of utilities with power plant control and protection devices during partial load rejection and system disturbances involving severe frequency excursions. The survey was conducted on behalf of the IEEE Working Group on Power Plant Response.
