DORIC: design of optimal and robust integrated circuits

An interactive IC design methodology aimed at making designs less sensitive to manufacturing variations is presented, as well as a CAD tool to support it. The methodology, based on Taguchi's Robust Design Method, is shown to improve the performance and robustness of basic analog circuits.<
