Commissioning and validation of a GPS common-view time transfer service at NPL

The use of the GPS common-view method to provide time and frequency links, traceable to national standards, is examined. The development of a new GPS common-view receiver is described along with NPL's GPS common-view service. Methods used to characterise and validate these GPS common-view links are discussed.
