    On the basis of KDD(Knowledge Discovery based on Database), this paper proposes the general framework of open KDD system, discusses its theoretical foundation and realization of technology of its key technology — double base cooperating mechanism, and especially introduces the mining method of cause-and-effect rule.   • A class of fast algorithms in real-time simulation

    A class of hybrid algorithms of real-time simulation based on evaluation of non-integerstep right-hand side function are presented in this paper. And some results of the convergence and stability of the algorithms are given. Using the class of algorithms, evaluation for the right-hand side function is needed once in every integration-step. Moreover, comparing with the other methods with the same amount of work, their numerical stability regions are larger and the method errors are smaller, and the numerical experiments show that the algorithms are very effective.     In this paper, by analysing relationship between insurance premium and insurance compensation, the derivative assets pricing theory and the partial differential equation are used to study the pricing of insurance products and establish insurance price models. In addition, insurance price formulas for several general insurance types are also presented. The insurance pricing method that is given in the paper doesn't depend on mortality ratio and the probability distribution of losses. It is an obvious difference between the insurance pricing method in the paper and the traditional insurance pricing methods. Thereby, this paper serves to develop a insurance pricing method and has important practical or immediate significance. Finally, the application of the method is given. View full abstract»

    This paper presents a modified Root-MUSIC algorithm by which the signal DOA estimation performance can be improved when the snapshot number is limited. The operation principles of this algorithm are described in detail. It is also pointed out theoretically that this is equivalent to have increased the snapshot number and can make the DOA estimation better.     In this paper, it is offered to use the method of modulated reflection for the measurement of complex transfer factor of a radome wall on various sites of its surface. The circuit of equipment allowed to carry out of such measurement is given. The advantage of the given method in comparison with measurements on a gleam is shown.   • Wavelet-based fractal function approximation

    In this paper, we study on the application of radical B-spline wavelet scaling function in fractal function approximation system. The paper proposes a wavelet-based fractal function approximation algorithm in which the coefficients can be determined by solving a convex quadratic programming problem. And the experiment result shows that the approximation error of this algorithm is smaller than that of the polynomial-based fractal function approximation. This new algorithm exploits the consistency between fractal and scaling function in multi-scale and multiresolution, has a better approximation effect and high potential in data compression, especially in image compression.
