  • A simple additive weighting method for time-series multiindices decision making and its applications

    Publication Year: 1999, Page(s):4 - 10
IEEE is not the copyright holder of this material | Click to expandAbstract | PDF file iconPDF (749 KB)

This paper takes the evaluation of overall economic benefit by an example and proposes a simple additive weighting method for time-series multiindices decision making. The method can automatically determine the weight coefficients among the multiindices and the years respectively and it also can obtain the objective evaluation results and conclusions. • The overall design of land-use information system based on GIS

    Publication Year: 1999, Page(s):11 - 16

The land-use inforrnation system (LUIS) is a special geographical information system developed under the support of the geographical information system (GIS). It effectively combines the quantitative analysis with space analysis, mixes the feature of the land-use data and figure description, achieves the mutual transfer of the data and figure: and provides some effective methods for the quantitati... In order to testify and examine the ability and correctness of an expert system for diagnosing the faults in the electrical power system of a certain kind of satellite, the authors have developed a simulated testbed according to the operational principle of the electrical power system. This paper takes the solar battery array as an instance introduce the designing principle of its hardware circuit... View full abstract»

  • Techniques for radar imaging based on MUSIC algorithm

    Publication Year: 1999, Page(s):31 - 38
IEEE is not the copyright holder of this material | Click to expandAbstract | PDF file iconPDF (1426 KB)

At first, the radar target scattering centers model and MUSIC algorithm are analyzed in this paper. How to efficiently set the parameters of the MUSIC algorithms is given by a great deal of simulated radar data in experiments. After that, according to measured data from two kinds of plane targets on fully polarized and high range resolution radar system, the author mainly investigated particular u... View full abstract»

This paper presents a hierarchical dynamic routing protocol (HDRP) based on the discrete dynamic programming principle. The proposed protocol can adapt to the dynamic and large computer networks (DLCN) with clustering topology. The procedures for realizing routing update and decision are presented in this paper. The proof of correctness and complexity analysis of the protocol are also made. The pe... View full abstract»

IEEE is not the copyright holder of this material | Click to expandAbstract | PDF file iconPDF (819 KB)

In this paper adapt ive identification and control of non linear dynamical systems are investigated using radial basis function networ ks (RBF). Firstly, a novel approach to train the RBF is introduced. which employs an adaptive fuzzy' generalized learning vector quantization (AFGLVQ) technique and recursive least squares aigorit hm with variable forgetting factor (VRLS). The AFGLVQ adjusts the ce... View full abstract»

A successful simulation still requires the user to have good simulation knowledge and well developed modeling skills despite a large number of simulation software products available to users. This paper presents the design principles and implementation of a layered modeling system known as General-Purpose user-defined Modeling System (GPMS) which provides the user with multiple accesses to build a... IEEE is not the copyright holder of this material | Click to expandAbstract | PDF file iconPDF (603 KB)

On the basis of sensitivity analysis, an algorithm presented in this paper does a multi-dimensional heuristic search for the optimal solution of complex systems in the feasible intervals of components reliability. Compared with some existing methods: the algorithm both has heuristic speciality that it is modest and easy to implement, and obtains the optimal solution as exact methods do. View full abstract»
