A system of transport equations have been obtained for plasma of electrons and having a background of positive ions in the presence of an electric and magnetic field. The circuit details of a new type of transistor pulse generator have been described. The mode of operation has been explained on the basis of the circuit conditions which make the two transistors alternately conducting and non-conducting.
