    Measurements of noise power spectral density were recorded with a vertical monopole at 47 MHZ, about 0.5 km from Interstate Highway I-95 (Massachusetts Route 128), in Waltham, Massachusetts, which was carrying traffic approaching 10 000 vehicles per hour.
