    In this letter, a blind fractionally spaced equalizer (FSE) is presented. This work extends the super-exponential algorithm of Shalvi and Weinstein (1993, 1994) by exploiting the cyclostationarity of fractionally sampled pulse amplitude modulated (PAM) signals.
