  • Effects of high-pressure high-temperature sintering on the microstructures of Pb0.55Te0.45

    The n-type nonstoichiometric Pb0.55Te0.45 materials were prepared by melting and quenching combined with a subsequent high pressure high temperature (HPHT) sintering. After adequately annealed at 623 K in the argon atmosphere, the microstructures and thermal transferring performance of the prepared samples have been systematically investigated. The results show that the grains of samples were apparently refined, as well as a large quantity of twisty layered structure and numerous particles with a size of ~200nm distributing in the grain boundary can be observed. These refined microstructures significantly block the transports of phonons, and result in a remarkable reduction of the lattice thermal conductivity compared with the corresponding melting ingots.   • Application of the HHT method to the airport fiber fence warning

    For the airport fiber fence warning system has high false alarm rate, an method to identify invaders accurately is needed urgently at present,. To address the issue, a recognition algorithms using neural network base on the Hilbert-Huang Transform was proposed. Firstly, the common intrusion signals around the airport were decomposed into a set of intrinsic mode function (IMF) using EMD, then the Hilbert transform is applied to each IMF, and the feature is more clearly exhibited by the marginal spectrum. Finally, BP neural network is used to identify the invasion behavior by marginal spectrum. Experiments show that, the accuracy rate based on the method proposed here is more than 95%.     The effects of spatial correlation on the channel capacity of a Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) system are studied under Rayleigh fading with correlated antennas. When the SNR is high, the closed-form expression for the channel capacity of MIMO system is given by using the properties of Wishart distribution. Computer simulation results show that the channel capacity is maximized when the antenna spacing increases to a point, and further more, the larger is the scattering angle, the more quickly the channel capacity converges to its maximum.     In this paper, a method of gas outburst prediction based on D-S evidence theory was presented. The hierarchical analysis method was used to order the weight of the indicators of gas outburst at first, then using the neural network and traditional forecasting methods to predict respectively, finally, these prediction results were fused by D-S evidence theory, and the final result will be obtained. In this paper, the data of gas outburst were validated the prediction model. The results showed that the prediction method proposed in this paper could make different methods compensate, so it can effectively avoid making wrong judgments by using a single prediction method.     The analysis of the ΔLOD is of profound significance on climate forecasting, disaster prevention, deep space exploration, geodesy and other fields. With extremely high precision and angular resolution, VLBI plays the irreplaceable role on the analysis of the changes of the length of day. Based on this, in this paper, the ΔLOD sequence and its precision are estimated from VLBI observations during 2008-2010 with comparison with the results published by IVS. The half monthly, monthly, half yearly and yearly periods of the changes of ΔLOD is extracted with spectral analysis. At the same time, the integration curve map of the ΔLOD is made to analyze the seasonal and long-term changes of earth rotation. At last, the causes of the changes of ΔLOD are analyzed.     With the rapid development of the network scale and complexity, it is significant to find a new efficient and effective work of network management. This paper proposed a web-based distributed network management system which is implemented by J2EE platform. This architecture synthesizes the technologies such as Web, Ajax, Spring, JavaBean and so on to implement an open, scalable, heterogeneous, distributed network management system. The main part is constructed by the front end server, platform management server and the application of database technology.   • Analysis on land use change and landscape pattern in Hailun city

    Based on land use diagram of three periods (1986, 1996 and 2000) interpreted by Landsat TM image and data of social economy for the last twenty years of Hailun city, Heilongjiang province, the change of land use direction, amplitude, rate and spatial distribution characteristics were analyzed by overlay-analysis function of GIS. Landscape types and the evaluation index of spatial pattern were analyzed in the areas. Based on Markov models of transition probability, the land use change of Hailun city was forecasted and analyzed in the following fourteen years.   • Specific harmonic current detection based on DC component

    The real-time and accurate detection of harmonic currents is an important part of active power filters. In this paper, the DC component method is applied to a specific harmonic current detection of a three-phase circuit, which is based on the instantaneous reactive power theory ip-iq method, and use MATLBE simulation software to establish corresponding simulation circuits, then make a simulation study on a harmonic current that the overtone order is given to verify the correctness and feasibility of this method. The experiment and simulation results demonstrate that the presented method, compared to LPF, is easier to implement and has higher precision, better realtime detection performance and bigger practical value. For a more detailed analysis and research by changing the size of the motor stator and rotor arc, the cogging torque and the EMF waveform that play a decisive role in the flux changes.     In this paper, an interface circuit for integrated capacitive sensors is designed and simulated by Spectre of Cadence software with TSMC 0.18μm complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) process. This circuit converts the capacitance of sensing capacitor to the voltage change based on switched-capacitor circuit. The results show the sensitivity of 1mV/10fF and the circuit removes the effect of bias voltage and amplifier offset, decreases the influence of charge injection and clock feed through.   • Modulation transfer function online compensation of imaging system in remote sensing satellite

    According to the theory of Fourier Optics, an optical remote sensing imaging system is an optical diffraction-limited system and a low-pass filter. CCD or CMOS imaging sensors are low-pass filters as well. Thus, when the optical information of an object or a scene with abundant high-frequency components passes through the remote sensing optical imaging system, the profuse middle-frequency information is attenuated and the rich high-frequency information is lost, which will blur the captured remote sensing images. To solve this problem of the imaging system in the remote sensing satellite, an analog on-line compensating method of the Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) in the imaging system is proposed in this paper. The established method was realized by a hardware analog circuit placed before the A/D converter, which is composed of adjustable low-pass filters with a calculated value of quality factor Q. All the theory analysis, experiment results and application in the remote sensing imaging system of the satellite showed that the proposed method and the realized compensating circuit are capable of improving the MTF of imaging systems and enhancing the middle frequency of blurred video images.     This paper presents a K band 3dB broadband waveguide power splitter/combiner analyzing and designing steps. In order to achieve broadband performance and at the same time to minimize the difficulty and sensitivity in the mechanical fabrication, the design uses three equal branches, simulated bandwidth is about 3.5GHz which over desirable requirement in operating frequency bands. There are good agreements between the experimental results and simulations. Measured results for this waveguide power splitter/combiner shows return loss greater than 20dB, isolation of through port and coupler port is greater than 24dB, isolation of input port and isolated port is greater than 22dB, and VSWR of each port is below 1.2.     For complicated relationship among variables in muti-input muti-output(MIMO) nonlinear system, a fuzzy C-means clustering data-driven algorithm is proposed, then a T-S fuzzy model identification method of MIMO nonlinear systems based on data-driven is presented in this paper. The approach realizes data self-adapting identification of systems fuzzy cluster centers and avoids high randomness and poor convergence of the fuzzy clustering algorithm that caused by giving matrixes of initial membership degrees.   • Temperature and emissivity separation algorithm for TASI airborne thermal hyperspectral data

    This paper proposed a modified TES algorithm for retrieving land surface temperature and emissivity (LST&E) from Thermal Airborne Spectrographic Imager (TASI) hyperspectral data and the results were validated with in situ ground measurements. Firstly, the atmospheric correction of TASI data was performed by MODTRAN model with atmospheric profile extracted from NCEP data which was modified by local meteorological data. Then, the S-G filter was used to smooth the spectral data in order to reduce the noise effect of TASI data. Finally, the Temperature and Emissivity Separation (TES) algorithm was modified to retrieving LST&E from TASI data. The validation results indicated that the derived LST agreed with the ground LSTs well with RMSE lower than 1.5K, and the retrieved emissivity curve showed a good agreement with ground LSEs measured by an Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroradiometer.
