In this paper, a high efficient dynamic scheduling algorithm is developed to schedule a set of multi-thread on realtime multiprocessor systems. The algorithm divides two grades schedule. The one-grade-schedule inserts the new thread into thread-queue of thread-queue matrix according to the restriction rules and insertion rules, the two-grade-schedule places some threads chose from thread matrix into two-grade-windows, and then assigns multiple threads of two-grade-windows to processors concurrently reasonably. It has proved that this algorithm has higher efficiency and good effect in same structure multiprocessing system for multi-thread concurrent scheduling. View full abstract»

A new Genetic Algorithm was proposed based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the Genetic Algorithm and Simulated Annealing Algorithm. The genetic algorithm with optimum reservation strategy was served as the main flow of the new algorithm which combined the mechanism of improved simulated annealing. In order to get the global optimum solution, the improved simulated annealing took the double threshold value and kept the middle optimum solution to reduce the computing capacity and enhanced the convergence speed. Through the simulation test of a series of typical functions, the result indicated that the new algorithm can improve the convergence speed and the ability of jumping out the local optimum solution greatly. As Chinese managers concentrate on career success, one issue with the most concern is how their career success is prepared, realized, and evaluated. However, recent research neglects career success evaluation model of Chinese managers. Based on career theory with the theory applied in recent career success research, the paper aims at establishing a novel career success evaluation model of Chinese Managers. After collecting 466 questionnaires from Xi'an, Beijing, Shanghai and other cities, the author has analyzed and managed to establish career success evaluation model of Chinese managers. The model consists of 3 dimensions, 6 factors and 29 indexes. 29 indexes belong to six factors that is “self satisfaction”, “surrounding approval”, “personal wealth”, ” post influence”, “maintain and development ability” and “promotion capacity”. These factors that belongs to “career satisfaction”, “career objective results” and “professional core competitiveness” in three dimensions. The result of the studies indicates that the model has high reliability, the study on career success of the Chinese cultural context has an important theoretical and practical significance. This paper gets an error correction model on China's resident consumption and income by means of the cointegration analysis. The findings are as follows: 1) In a short term, there will be a negative correlation between demand and income in China, and town people's short-term marginal propensity to consume is weaker than the long-term's; 2) The case in the countryside is on the contrary. The influence of interest rate and town Gini coefficient on the town people's consumption is insignificant. The influence of interest rate and rural Engel coefficient on rural people's consumption is insignificant. At last, some suggestions are given based on the findings. View full abstract»

According to the theory of talent education index, The higher the index, the higher the educational level of talent, the larger numbers of the highly-educated talent. The analysis of empirical study through the talent education index suggests that those problems which coupled with economic growth, such as brain drain, talent inefficiency and lack of sustainability are common and must be handled seriously both in central and western regions of China. It's necessary to transfer the mode of economic growth, improve the proportion of highly-educated talent, optimize the talent structure, and develop the new economic growth mode in the way of self-innovation-based connotation to increase modern economy and reduce the regional economic disparities. Meanwhile, there is a more efficient employment of highly-educated talent in central regions than in western regions, which indicates different talent development strategies taken in the central and western regions. The construction of conservation-conscious society not only refers to the conservation of producing, that is conservation-conscious production behavior, but also includes the conservation of consuming, that is conservation-conscious consumption behavior (CCCB). This paper takes an empirical analysis on CCCB of college students (including conservation-conscious purchase behavior and conservation-conscious utilization behavior) from questionnaire. At first, the different factors between conservation-conscious college students and non-conservation — conscious ones are concentrated, then we discuss whether we could apply them to predict the CCCB tendency of college students. At the end of this paper, several solutions and enlightenments on education will be put forward. View full abstract»

It is important to establish a systematic and effective approach to evaluating funds for both the investors and the managers of funds. However, evaluation of funds involves with significant uncertainty associated with the experts' judgments. To deal with the problem, fuzzy set theory is employed to model experts' subjective judgment, based on which a fuzzy FWA method is formulated for the evaluation of funds by considering the risk, the profitability, the consistency and the fund manager's performance. Empirical results show that the proposed approach is reasonable and effective. View full abstract»

A new adaptive image watermark algorithm based wavelet transform is proposed in this paper. It can detect watermark without using the original image. The position where watermark is embedded is finded by utilizing the correlation between the neighbors of wavelet coefficient. The strength of watermark is obtained according to the edge. Thus a good balance between invisible and robust is achieved. Experimental result shows that this watermark algorithm is invisible and robust against some image processing operations, such as addiribe noise, filter, compression, incorporating attacks and so on. In the process of venture capital, due to the influence of incomplete and asymmetric information, neither of the two sides can grasp all information, but have their own information superiority. Therefore, both venture capitalists and entrepreneurs have motives to seek private benefits, and their rational choice is speculation, which leads to double moral hazard. In this situation, their speculation will deviate from the Pareto optimal. Traditional research focuses on moral hazard of entrepreneurs and the incentives on their sides, but we consider more about the question of how to avoid double moral hazard effectively, and put the private benefit of venture capitalists into the design of the contract, thus solving this problem efficiently. The paper uses the factor analytic method to discuss the investment value of the Agricultural Listed Company under financial crisis. The conclusions are as follows: firstly, the investment value of the Agricultural Listed Company is not high in general, of these, only 37.5% of the Agricultural Listed Company has investment value; secondly, the lower scores of management performance factor and capital expansion factor is the main reason for leading to the investment value of the Agricultural Listed Company no high. Therefore, agricultural listed company should seize the good opportunities of agricultural structure adjustment, the preferential policies of agricultural industrialization and high-tech development so as to effectively improve their management efficiency, solvency and capital expansion capability, and thus increase their investment value.
