    By introduction multi-level control of pumps and variable-frequency speed governing of constant pressure water supply (CPWS), this paper provided a method to prove the precision and reliability of control system of the “Constant pressure water supply with changing load in large range” system. A adaptive FUZZY-PID controller is designed to against the characteristics like multi-parameters, nonlinear, big delay, etc. of CPWS. The controller can effectively adjust the water pressure of the system. The System has strong robustness and good stability by applying the fuzzy controller.   • Application of OPC interface technology in shearer remote monitoring system

    Shearer is one of the important equipment in coal mine, which direct impact on the automation level of the entire mechanized mining face. In this paper, because at present a number of configurations and monitoring software is too expensive to buy, and operation and use is too complicated. The development cycle of the software is too long, so we put forward a OPC technology into shearer monitoring system. Successfully developed Shearer remote monitoring system based on the OPC interface. The remote monitoring system based on OPC can efficiently collect and monitor the condition of the shearer working state parameters, spend less than the configuration software, and improve the level of automation of our country's shearer industry.     Nonlinear control strategies of variable speed constant frequency(VSCF) wind power generator systems, especially passivity-based control(PBC) methods, have been a focus in the literature. The main purpose of this paper is to develop a control algorithm that forces the wind driven doubly fed induction generator(DFIG) to track reference flux and speed trajectories with time-varying load torque. To achieve this, an adaptive PBC method based on Euler-Lagrange(EL) system is developed. PBC combined with current estimator scheme not only reserves the advantages of PBC such as nonexistence of singularity, but also repressed the harmonic current tracking error caused by resistance and inductance variation. This leads to a - imple control structure and enhances the robustness of the control system. The reasonability and validity is testified by the experimental results based on dSPACE.   • An empirical study on growth of the Small and Medium Listed Enterprise in China

    In this paper, we did an empirical analysis on growth of enterprise and relevant financial indicators by using the latest annual report of the Small and Medium Listed Enterprise panel data. Regression results show that the total assets on return and earnings per share are positively related to company's growth; the current ratio and the fixed assets ratio are significantly negatively related to the company's growth. The Small and Medium Listed Enterprise (SME)'s growth is closely affected by profitability, followed by debt paying ability. View full abstract»

    Considering the tunneling and the propping synthetically, this paper studys the net effect of ultimate controlling shareholders' excess control right. This paper shows that the relationship between the excess control right on stockholders' meeting and the net fund embezzlement takes on U-shape relationship. In other words, with the increase of the excess control right on stockholders' meeting, the net fund embezzlement first decreases and then increases. The relationship between the excess control right on board of directors and the net fund embezzlement is just the same as the relationship between the excess control right on stockholders' meeting and the net fund embezzlement.   • Modelling the supply chain cost of operations reordering

    Operations reordering is one of the postponement strategies and a process restructuring that involves reordering consecutive stages of the manufacturing process. In this paper, we present a new model to compare supply chain costs between original and reordered operations from the perspective of supply chain management performance. Finally, we analyze the feasibility of operations reordering using an actual case. The results show that the stage having following properties should be planned prior during operations restructuring: longer lead-time, fewer feature choices or the choice probabilities for the options of the feature are more variable.   • Research on Multi-Depot Vehicle Routing Problem in emergency logistics

    In recent years, all kinds of disasters have happened frequently. Therefore how to properly distribute disaster relief supplies becomes more and more important. In this paper a mathematical model with time window and capacity limits is built for the Multi-Depot Vehicle Routing Problem (MDVRP). Then a solution strategy for this model is presented, which integrates table dispatching method and improved C-W algorithm. At last a case is given to test the effectiveness of the solution strategy. This study indicates that this solution strategy can reduce the distribution cost.   • How international financial crisis affects industries in Beijing, capital city of China?

    Beijing's industrial structure is service-oriented with a high degree of economic openness, and GDP has maintained rapid growth. This paper analyzes the international financial crisis and the impact of China's anti-crisis policies on Beijing's economic development as well as its transmission mechanism. Impact Index (excluding seasonal factors) and ARMA Model are employed in the empirical study which involves the crisis affection on output and stability of Beijing's top ten industries. Such conclusions are revealed: Beijing's GDP losses more than 10% compared with its potential value; the growth rates of over 70% industries are decreasing in Beijing; shocks in financial and real estate are intensified. In the anti-crisis process, manufacturing, real estate, scientific research, technical services, geological prospecting, transportation, storage and postal industry have gained significant growing opportunities.   • Executive control of multi-channel operation in seismic data processing system

    A large number of functional modules are involved in seismic data processing, only under unified control of the execution control system such a complex systematic project with these functional modules in seismic data processing can be completed, and pipeline technology in existing computer operating system can support the control of single channel operation, but can't realize the control of multi-channel operation. This paper presented an execution and control method of multi-channel operation based on named pipe and redirection technology, which realized the control of complex multi-channel operation, and implemented the processing of multiple data streams in PBS through the combination of PBS with execution and control procedures. The application experiment results show that this method has strengthened the capability of system to execute and control operations, and improved the efficiency of seismic data processing.   • Urban vegetation coverage information extraction based on improved linear spectral mixture mode

    In order to monitor urban vegetation coverage more accurately using remote sensing technology, a new model, which is fit for the extraction of urban vegetation coverage, is presented. In this model, TM image was decomposed by linear spectral mixture mode and then the vegetation component of TM image was amended by the high-resolution satellite image. Afterwards, an example of application was given to verify this model. Although errors and confusion exist, this method shows satisfying results with an overall accuracy of 95.1%. Compared with the traditional and improved dimidiate pixel models respectively, this model is more suitable for quantifying vegetation coverage in urban regions.     This paper adopts the concept and mechanism of mathematical ecology theory, researches the revolutionary of automobile industry chain by setting up mutualism model of two species. Results of simulation show that automakers are more sensitive to the change of environmental resource. Automakers depending on suppliers excessively will increase the structural risk of the industry.   • WSXP:A universal data exchange platform based on Web Services

    Data exchange is the kernel of distributed computing, and data sharing and exchange is one of the crucial problems in data systems over the wide area network. This paper proposes a new data exchange protocol based on Web Services, which defines service primitives and operation rules so as to provide a reliable transmission between both structured and unstructured data. Besides, it can resume transmission after break point. A universal data exchange platform based on Web Services is designed and implemented with respect to the proposed data exchange protocol, the transmission and adaptor mechanisms of which are also discussed. Furthermore, this paper proposes a new method using sliding windows for transmitting SOAP messages to improve the transmitting efficiency during data exchange, which would speed up SOAP message transmitting.     Regarding to the urban household water—running water as a kind of special commodity, through the improvement of “Extended Linear Expenditure System” model, which deduces the logical relationship between per capita consumption water, laddering water price and per capita income disposable. With the income distribution function of linear stagnation rate adding, and case analysis of Hangzhou in 2008, it can simulate the three-stepped ladder pricing model of household water, and compared with the existing pricing model, it can dramatically save 14.3 ton per capita consumption water.     Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) as a multi-variable, nonlinear, time varying, strong coupling controlled-plant, the variation of the motor parameters has significant impact on the dynamic and static performance of the system. The dynamic parameters of the motor and load inertia will vary because of the change of the working conditions for the vector control of PMSM, but the traditional PI regulator is incapable of self-tuning its parameters. The subject presents using robust adaptive sliding mode variable structure (SMVS) motor parameter identification, model reference adaptive motor moment of inertia identification, and real-time self-tuning the PI regulator parameters to improve the parameter identification efficiency and accuracy of PMSM and enhance the adaptive servo control ability and robustness of PMSM.   • Forced oscillations conditions in relay feedback control systems

    In the relay feedback system shown in Figure 1, when the magnitude of the forcing signal is larger enough, the phenomenon of forced oscillation occurs, that is, the system synchronizes itself automatically with the frequency of the external signal. However, the minimal magnitude of the forcing signal for forced oscillation occur can not be obtained easily. An aim of our research work was to determine the minimal magnitude of the external forcing signal in order to enforce forced oscillation in the loop. In this paper, we examined the necessary and sufficient conditions for forced oscillation and led to a solution. Simulation showed that the solution was the desired minimal magnitude of the external forcing signal for forced oscillation in a special limit range. Although the solution was not a general solution, it did give the accurate result in some degree and most real systems were within the special limit range then our result can be used.   • ARIMA model for traffic flow prediction based on wavelet analysis

    As the traffic flow has the features of nonlinear and strong interference, it has different characteristics in different time-frequency spaces. Firstly, this article uses the wavelet analysis method, decomposes a group of original traffic flow signals containing summarized information into series of time sequence signals that have different characters, then makes use of good linear fitting ability of the ARIMA model processes the wavelet analysis time signal through the ARIMA model. Using matlab and SPSS, the measured traffic flow data were analyzed verified. Experiment results show that the way of combining the wavelet analysis with ARIMA model can reduce the prediction error effectively, and improve the forecasting accuracy by about 80%, this way has high feasibility.     This paper makes a key research of a combined modulation scheme (TH OPPM-BPSM) for UWB systems. The proposed scheme achieves higher data rate by introducing more number of orthogonal pulses in the same pulse repetition interval. It also reduces the system complexity by half by introducing antipodal version of orthogonal pulses.
