    The values of parameters in harmony search algorithm were of importance to the success implementation of this algorithm. There was no theoretical basis for the determination of parameters, a dynamic adaptation procedure was proposed this paper in order to explore and exploit the problem space exhaustively.   • Research and Implementation of Role-Based Access Control Model Based on Partition Number

    The role-based access control (RBAC) model has garnered great interest in the security community due to the flexible and secure nature of its applicability to the complex and sophisticated information system. But there are few research results about implementation analysis on RBAC. With the help of partition number theory, this paper provides a method of RBAC to implement data access permissions control in the major application system. One of the important research areas in this model is that the agent mechanism is introduced to implement RBAC. Secondly when a user enters the access system and gets a session, the user will be activated and the permission is granted simultaneously to ensure a safe and optimal operation in his session.   • RST Invarian Watermarking Scheme Based on SIFT Feature and Pseudo-Zernike Moment

    RST invarian watermarking scheme is proposed in this paper based on the SIFT feature points and improved pseudo-Zernike moment. Firstly, feature points are detected using SIFT, and some suitable points are selected to form localized feature regions which are scaled to a standard sized. After computing these regions by the improved pseudo-Zernike moments of these regions , the digital watermark are embedded into the host image by quantizing some low-lever moments.   • Platinum Resistance High-Precision Nonlinear Correction Based on Genetic Algorithm

    Main reasons why nonlinear errors exist in the process of temperature measurements with platinum resistors have been analyzed in accordance with the nonlinear characteristic of platinum resistors. Then, the principle of two nonlinear compensation algorithms, such as Genetic algorithm, Newton iteration method is introduced. At last, measuring data based on single-chip computer temperature measurement and control system are used as samples, and the compensation error of these algorithms are analyzed and compared with the help of MATLAB under the condition of the different curve fitting order and strategy. The results show that, as for the accuracy of measurement, sub-fitting is higher than that of the whole and the high-order is higher than that of low-order on the same compensation algorithm conditions; genetic algorithm combined with the Newton iteration method is superior to genetic algorithm on the same curve fitting conditions.   • A Dynamic RRT Path Planning Algorithm Based on B-Spline

    For the application of ALV (automatic land vehicle) running in a dynamic environment, an improved dynamic RRT (rapidly exploring random trees) path planning algorithm is proposed. The algorithm combines the noholonomic constraints of the vehicle with double extend RRTs, and the three order B-spline basic functions are used to approach and create a new smooth route which suits for the vehicle to follow. The algorithm not only improves the efficiency of searching but also guarantees the feasibility of the path at the same time. Based on the idea of rolling optimization, the algorithm is improved for real-time path planning in a dynamic environment.     MANET is currently a hotspot in the wireless networks researching domain, and the routing protocol, which is as the core technology on network layers, is particularly important. Controlling node energy and increasing network lifetime are two keys to realize the transmission of efficient service for MANET. On the basis of analyzing classical MANET routing protocol, and combining with the idea of min cost max flow in networks, this paper puts forward a routing optimization model based on energy control. First, this paper sets up a first-order energy consumption model to analyze the changes of node energy in the network. Then, it sets up the max residual energy shortest path model with regarding distance between nodes as network cost and node residual energy as network traffic. Finally it defines network lifetime as evaluating indicator to do network simulations. Results of simulations show that this model can prolong network lifetime efficiently. View full abstract»

  • A Detection Method for Bearing Faults of Marine Motors Based on Data Mining Algorithm

    This paper proposes an improved CLIQUE algorithm for detection of marine motor's bearing faults. The major theoretical principles of the algorithm based on spectral analysis are described. The presented approach works simply and is thus suited for condition monitoring of machine system under varying operating and loading conditions. The performance of this technique is investigated through study of realistic current signals. Experimental results show that the proposed method has better performance and validity in realizing bearing faults of marine motors. The limitation to extract the fault characteristic frequency resulting from the fluctuation of the characteristic frequency and the variation of the load is overcome. View full abstract»

  • Study on Weak Signal Detecting Technology in High-Temperature Superconducting Resistance Measurement

    For detecting the critical transition temperature of the high-temperature superconducting material, a system using a weak signal detection approach - lock-in amplifier to acquire the R-T signals under strong noises, is constructed. The article introduces the principle of the system and focuses on the design of the whole system. The chip-AD630 from the AD company is the core component of the whole system - analog multiplier and the software-programmable V/F converter chip- AD650 also from the AD company is the A/D component of the system. The system achieves the acquisition of weak resistance signal through the well-designed lock-in amplifier. And the system acquires the temperature of the high-temperature superconducting material through the copper-constantan thermocouple, so it achieves the acquisition of the R-T(Resistance-Temperature) signals and then transmits the two-way signals to the PC through the serial port for the use of LabVIEW for the follow-up processing and display.   • Power Load Forecasting Model Based on Knowledge Discovery for Heilongjiang Province

    Load forecasting is a traditional research field of power system. This paper analyzed the meteorological and economic characteristics of Heilongjiang Province, and put forward the load forecasting model based on knowledge discovery. First of all, generate the preliminary prediction curve by traditional method, and extract related rules from the historical load and meteorological data, then update the preliminary prediction curve using these rules, and generate the final prediction curve.   • Output Feedback for a Class of Non-affine Nonlinear System via Neural Networks

    An adaptive output feedback control scheme is proposed for a class of non-affine nonlinear system in which the output signal can track the reference signal. A state observer is constructed to estimate the unknown state in system. A three-layer neural network is introduced to compensate the modeling errors and a Robust control is also used to reduce the approximation error, which adds to the anti-interference ability of the system.   • The Integrated Intelligent Systems Based on Multidisciplinary Design Optimization for Engine Design

    To make the engine design intelligent and automatic, multi-disciplinary design optimization (MDO) is applied to explore engine's design. The design of modern engine concerns multi-subsystem and multi-disciplinary, which coupling each other. MDO is a methodology for the design of complex engineering systems and subsystems that coherently exploits the synergism of mutually interacting phenomena. The integrated intelligent platform provides the integration for multi-disciplinary, which includes the methods design of experiment, response surface, approximate model and optimization, which can explore the variables' relationship and couple subsystem and realize the tightly coupled such as aerodynamics and structural weight, perform their balanced design and obtain their best synergism. The integrated plat is applied to the inlet system of gasoline engine, the optimal inlet system help save the fuel consumption obviously, the relationship of variables is studied by the response surface model.   • A User Experience-Oriented Service Discovery Method with Clustering Technology

    Service discovery is the behavior of locating a Web service which has been unknown previously and meets certain functional criteria. It is an important aspect in the service oriented computing approach. Semantic discovery mechanisms provide a better result set than UDDI, but the mechanisms also have disadvantages. This paper proposes a user experience-oriented Web service discovery method combining with clustering technologies. Firstly, we cluster the web services according to the functional similarity between them in order to reduce the overhead. Then, in consideration of the users experience we establish a user-oriented service discovery model which can return the Web service satisfying user's functional requirement and social needs.
