Abstract

This paper describes novel real-time system to deliver cricket video highlights of a live game to mobile videophones over existing GPRS networks. We have proposed a model to extract the current highlights from the live cricket video automatically to facilitate real-time operation. The proposed framework dynamically selects the video clips and compress the clips so that it can be easily transmitted to the mobile videophone.
