Abstract

The paper describes a multimicrocomputer system for hotel automation. The system picks up hotel-generated data in order to provide the actual status at any moment, and performs status-dependent operations to provide: a) service to guest, b) security in the hotel, and c) statistical and accounting information for management purposes.
