Abstract

Cardinal principle in library service is right information to right reader at right place. The paper starts describing the conceptual approach adopted, and then it continues presenting the methodology proposed, the technological support, aiming to achieve a comprehensive profile of a KM scheme to device a pricing policy of the library service. The reduced cost and increased efficiency in information processing are accelerating the creation and dissemination of knowledge. Knowledge management encompasses all activities and perspectives required to gain of, deal with, and benefit from the organization's knowledge assets and their conditions as well, which reveal KM as a conceptual framework
