Abstract
In this paper, the implementation of a ZCT soft switching technique in a 100 kW PEBB based three-phase PFC boost rectifier is presented. This improved ZCT can help the turn on as well as the turn off of the main and auxiliary switches. Issues about this ZCT implementation in three-phase converters are discussed. A SVM scheme suitable for high power applications is proposed. Test results are given
