Abstract
The paper is on the effect of the powerful nanosecond electromagnetic impulses as regards physical-chemical properties of substances. The changes of water properties of aqueous solutions of salts and melts of metals under the nanosecond electromagnetic impulses are outlined. Certain experiments which can be interpreted as due to a transmutation of the chemical elements are presented.
