Abstract
In this paper, the closed-loop tension control system, with industrial control computer as the core, direct current torque motor as the actuator, equipped with tension sensor of real-time feedback filament tension change, is researched and manufactured. The theory of a neural network is applied on the system, and this method overcame the shortcomings of the traditional proportional-integral-derivative control method, and effectively weakened the coupling action between the velocity and tension of the tension control system. Some simulation results indicated the favorable effect of the control algorithm.
