Open micro-Content Development with Web 2.0 and Smartphone Environment

In our paper we introduce a micro-content editing system called MC HUNGLE with its own smartphone application called McApp. The workflow of the system is based on the Open Content Development model principles. The purpose of the system is to help the students of Generation Z with more and more features to express their thoughts about the world in the language of micro-contents. Some of the core features will be deployed out to a smartphone application using the strengths of this environment also.
