Evaluation of an OFDM transmission scheme using smooth and monotonic phase variations

In this paper, an OFDM modulation scheme used in combination with a smooth and monotonic phase variation digital modulation scheme is proposed. The proposed scheme is evaluated through extensive simulations, in terms of power and spectrum efficiency. Furthermore, its performance is compared with conventional schemes using abrupt phase transitions.
