Control by exact linearization of an induction motor in field weakening regime

The control of an induction motor under magnetic saturation using a voltage input-output linearization technique is presented in this paper. The motor model, written in the stationary reference frame, where all inductances are functions of magnetizing current, is nonlinear with respect to the state variables and linear in the control. The controller decouples the flux control from the torque or speed even in defluxing mode.
