Abstract
The paper treats the question of model building in its different
perspective from application domain and design. The first set are models
of administrative work which computer scientists bear in mind when
developing support systems. Then the focus turns to a second set of
models, namely those employed by administrative sciences for the
comprehension of administrative work. Both model sets are juxtaposed and
the form of correlation interpreted
