Γ-robust network design for Mixed-Line-Rate-Planning of Optical Networks

Mixed-line-rate optical networks allow for a more resource-efficient handling of small and large traffic volumes. In this work, we extend this flexibility by adapting Γ-robust optimization to deal with demand uncertainty.
