Yield calculation by numerical hypersurface integration

A new numerical method of volume integration of normal density functions over projectable regions has been used for the calculation of parametric yield of circuits. The presented example demonstrates the power of the method. When using the computer program one has to give only the restrictions, the function of input parameters those form the output and the M and L parameters of the normal pdf.<
