Development of a Rule Based Approach for Bangla Text to Speech Conversion System

This paper suggests a rule based approach for Bangla text to speech conversion. Here the authors have briefly analyzed Bangla pronunciation process and classified the rules accordingly. An algorithm for the complete system is also presented using a flowchart
