Researching and designing of the dynamic adaptive queue balancing method on telecommunication network routers

The paper presents the dynamic adaptive queue balancing method that was designed for solving queues balancing problem on the telecommunication network routers. Within the method the adaptive use of flow-based models with varying degrees of accounting parameters was proposed. By using dynamic adaptive method the research of the queue balancing process was performed.
