Clustering of European countries by their readiness for effective utilization of ICT

This paper offers brief view into research of ICT utilization and benefits of its usage. Furthermore, the research of World Economic Forum, concerning NRI (Network Readiness Index), is agitated and by virtue of that clustering of European countries is conducted.
