We have developed a Web-base learning system for teaching "software design methodology". We also have developed a method using analytic hierarchy process diagrams to evaluate the effectiveness of Web-based learning. Using the method, we evaluated the effectiveness of Web-based learning compared with classroom learning. Based on the results, we are improving our Web-based learning system
