On-chip RF filters using bond wire inductors

An on-chip filter using bond wire inductors that is used in GPS receivers is presented Two filter configurations are presented. The first uses all on-chip components whereas the second uses only off-chip capacitors. 3dB insertion loss, with 25dB off-band rejection is achieved.
