In this research, a numerical approach is used to study the temperature distribution within a bonded paper web and the outcome compared against experimental technique. The chosen parameters would enable a thorough understanding of the temperature distribution occurring within a bonded paper web. The method of false transient was used to accelerate the numerical convergence and the equations were discretised with central difference in both time and space.
