Two-transistor forward converter (TTFC) has more advantageous than single-transistor forward converter and more reliable than full-bridge or half-bridge converter. An interleaving two-transistor converter can increase power converter capacity. A novel ZVT interleaving two-transistor forward converter is presented in this paper. In this interleaving TTFC, the main switches can be turned on and off in zero voltage conditions, and auxiliary switches can be turn on and off in zero current conditions. The operating principle of the proposed ZVT interleaving TTFC is investigated. Methods to determine the resonance capacitor and to determine the turn-on lead time of the auxiliary switch are discussed. Finally, simulation and experimental results are presented which verify the validity of the proposed ZVT interleaving TTFC
