Fan beam microwave scanner for high speed temperature imaging

For high-speed imaging of the chirp radar-type microwave computed tomography (CP-MCT), a fan beam-type microwave scanner which works at 1/spl sim/2 GHz has been developed. By introducing the electronic scan into the microwave scanner with the receiving antenna consisted of 43 small dipole antennas, data acquisition is completed within 200 seconds.
