A current-based positive-feedback technique for efficient cascode bootstrapping

This paper introduces a current-based positive-feedback technique that provides an efficient cascode bootstrapping action to achieve (gmro)^2-gain. The proposed technique is applied to a fully differential folded-cascode op-amp and gives improvements over poor slew-rate and common-mode performances typical in conventional implementations.
