In this paper, in order to solve the problem that based in favor subjective and standards are not comprehensive in the strategic supplier selection, we established the indicator system for the selection of the strategic supplier by quantitative and qualitative methods, and proposed a supplier selection model based on several stage selection and grey relational analysis. Then we got the correlation sorts by the method which combining subjective and objective value to structure the comprehensive index weight based on theory of grey system. Finally, validating the reasonability of the model through an example, it provided an effective way for the selection of strategic supplier.
