We propose a new video conference display that replicates the eye contact back channel information available to the attendees of actual conferences. The display consists of multiple screens that present remote participants' faces so as to show their gaze direction, i.e., the direction in which they are looking. We introduce a prototype video conference terminal with two screens and demonstrate that it offers eye contact with directivity of up to 17 deg. In addition, the screens replicate the participants' gaze direction from the relative positions of the face and eyes.
