Apple is a kind of skin easily damaged fruit, this dissertation takes the apple as the research object, we report a discharge device it can prevent the apple skin to be damaged by the external force when the visual grading equipment is working. Through the research of force analysis and unloading process of the apple on the discharge device, it realized the apple can rolled in or slide in the hopper slowly, the device has wide application range and can be applied in many kinds of fruit and vegetable its skin is easy to be damaged by the external force. Thus the device improves grading quality and the commodity processing value.
