Aimed at cavitations, weld, warp age and other defects, defects in plastic injection and its influencing factors were analyzed, the constitutive model of the injection was established, mechanical model and boundary conditions of injection melding were determined. Then the injection simulation of different parameters was carried out on the platform of Mudflow. Combined with the actual experiment, the reasonable processes parameters and methods on reducing cavitations, weld, warp age and other defects was found. The result was a useful exploration for low carbon manufacturing in plastic injection, so it had certain practical value.
