In recent years, with the rapid development of packaging industry, the request for die-cutting technology and the performance of die-cutting machine is much higher, and it has been paid much more attention by industry. Through the comparison of domestic and international die-cutting technology situation, the differences between them and defects of domestic machine were analyzed from the design method, and the digital design and virtual prototype design were put forward to compensate these shortages. With the survey and analysis of domestic die-cutting machine manufacturing process and technology, taking the key parts processing for example, die-cutting machine manufacturing technology status was expounded, then on the basis of relevant patent technique and market research, development trends of die-cutting equipment and several new problems brought by them were listed.
