Summary form only given. The objective of this project is to analyze and design a programmatic approach to calculate the transfer function from a graphical representation of a circuit. The graphical circuit will be designed with MicroSim DesignLab tool known as PSpice. The transfer function is a mathematical representation of a circuit and will be calculated programmatically. The transfer function is used extensively in electronic circuit design. Students, faculty, and industry personnel would benefit greatly with a user friendly software tool that would be able to calculate a transfer function from a PSpice schematic. Electrical engineering students would be able to use the software in conjunction with PSpice for checking hand calculations on circuit problems. Industry personnel would be able to save time by allowing the computer to quickly calculate the transfer function instead of doing the calculations by hand. This software design might also be of interest to MicroSim which might lead them to incorporate this programmatic approach into future versions of their Electronic Design Automation tool set
