Main memory database is essential for radio frequency identification middleware to effectively implement filtering, storing and counting operations in the massive data storage environment. According to the EPC Global standard, a completely new algorithm of structure of main memory index of RFID middleware based on multilev T+ tree is created by study of the characteristic of record in RFID. The index of multilev T+ tree is constructed by splitting the record in RFID and adopting the way of grade. The experiment fully considers three important performance index of the structure about space utilization in the storage, query and update performance. The analysis on simulation result indicates that improved algorithm performs significantly better than the other algorithms and further spreads the massive application in RFID.
