To study the diagnostic problem of W-A interconnect fault of PCB (Printed Circuit Board), the modified W-A anti-aliasing algorithm for interconnect test is put forward. The anti-aliasing and anti-confounding instances are proved and its fault diagnostic capability is given in the paper. Through the proving process we can find that W-A/S-D-k syndrome confounding can not exist in the diagnostic algorithm without W-A syndrome aliasing.
