With the development of the Internet of Things (IoT), how to "intelligentize" the sentient object with the self-adaption abilities to change their own autonomously against the environment is a real challenge in the IoT researches. In this paper, The new FEBDA (Feature Environment Belief Desire Action) structure and its definitions based on the components and 3-tier architecture of IoT are proposed. The corresponding algorithm is established and discussed. The application example is also provided to demonstrate the proposed algorithm.
