In this paper, we, using Microsoft OFFICE 2007 system as a development platform, realize a scientific management system employing VBA (Visual Basic for Application) technology for secondary development. The system is characteristic of a short development period and high reliability and has an advantage of easy manipulation and low cost maintenance. The development of the system improves the efficiency of research management, and provides a new way of thinking for the informatization of scientific research.
