Through construction and analysis of life quality between physical population and non-physical population in college students. It is discovered that physical exercises will improve college students' life quality, especially for female students. Some methods should also be taken for physical differences between male and female students. Psychological factors may affect other aspects of life and play a major role in enhancing life quality. Therefore, we should cultivate their sense of psychological health, and ameliorate their living conditions for a better life.
