In order to explore the growth of real estate brokerage business, this paper analyzes the real estate brokerage business continue to increase in size in recent years, the growth is not based on core competencies, but on rising prices; also analyzes the elements of core competence, put forward that the nature of real estate brokerage business is the service type, and gives its business operating logic diagram, integrates the traditional elements of the company's core capabilities by attractive services; contract services; implementation services; sublimation service four areas, build business growth framework based on core competence, and finally proposed real estate brokerage enterprise growth strategy based on core competencies, that is, according to the process of brokerage services and service knowledge management system to improve the ability of companies to attractive services, contract services, implementation services, sublimations services. The results show that firm growth based on core competence theory is based on the nature and goals of enterprises, breaking the limitations of the traditional firm growth theory of the abstract understanding enterprise, from both inside and outside the real estate brokerage enterprises perspective core competencies, the two which support each other, and jointly promote the business growth, to management study provides a new perspective. The study also has important reference value for other types of business growth.
