The three-dimensional model of the slide block of the YQK-1250 hydraulic machine was established in this article by solidworks, and then was imported into Ansys. The modal analysis was completed with the method Lanczos. And got the proper frequency and vibration mode. Through the analysis of their structure performance under the various vibration modes, got the dynamic character. After that, the character mode was built, and made the total mass of the slid block to be target function, and explored the optimization algorithm for the sub problem, optimized the structure, finally, got the best characters of the structure design.
