In this paper, a complex dynamic network model with derivative coupling and non-identical nodes which has different time delays is proposed, and the synchronization problem between such two networks is studied. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory and the LaSalle's invariance principle, effective adaptive controllers are designed to make the two networks achieve synchronization.
